REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by Guest

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.

Transaction and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Guest (for 30% advance bookings only)

• More than 90 days before departure:
  80% of the reservation amount will be refunded.
• 60 – 90 days before departure:
  50% of the reservation amount will be refunded.
• Less than 60 days before departure:
  The reservation deposit may become non-refundable due to advance arrangements made for accommodation, transportation, and event access.

No-Show / Early Departure

No refund for:

• No-shows
• Early check-out
• Unused services

Cancellation by Us

If we cancel a package due to unavoidable circumstances:

Guests may choose:

• A full refund OR
• An alternative date/package (subject to availability)

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Force Majeure

No refunds are guaranteed for cancellations due to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Kumbh Mela crowd regulations
• Pandemics or public health emergencies

We will assist with rescheduling wherever possible.

Refund Method

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• International refunds may take additional time due to banking procedures
